My students need hands-on and engaging learning opportunities in the classroom. My students LOVE being “scientists”. If you have never watched kindergarteners transform from 5 and 6-year-olds into scientists, engineers, and computer programmers, then you are missing out. They love discovering things about the world through hands-on experimentation and activities. The computer I am requesting will make that happen! I would like to help my students learn more about STEM topics.

My students need exciting, engaging and innovative ways to get them interested in STEM.
By having access to an iMac computer, they will get to explore the world outside of the classroom. Due to shrinking school budgets, we do not have access to technology at school and many of my students do not have technology at home.

Please help me to shape our future scientists, engineers, computer programmers and more! With your help, we can use the computer to research STEM topics, watch videos and experiments online, take stop motion videos of our experiments in the classroom and create blueprints and designs. Really the possibilities are endless! With your help, I can make STEM come alive for my young students!
